Trying to eat healthier with a cabinet full of junk food isn’t going to help you avoid temptation.
Change your environment to help set yourself up for success.
Even small changes like using smaller salad dishes (people who use smaller plates tend to eat less),
can go a long way towards helping you achieve your goals.

the place you spend time isn't always
the planet, the temperature and surroundings.
Sometimes,
a change in where you are sitting each day,
is enough to make a difference.
Sometimes though,
your environment is the people and places
you choose to spend time,
and them being lethal
is enough to ruin a perfectly lovely day.
