Not much went on today.

Slept in, read some Dean R Koontz,
watched some tv, dealt with a back spasm/ache/grinding/weirdness in my right shoulder blade, spent some time with John, worked on some organizer documents..........in my pjs today.

Find An Accountability Buddy

Having a strong social support network is a necessary part of making any life or behavior change.

“We need others to hold us accountable because studies show we are not great at holding ourselves accountable. If we were, making big changes in our behavior would not be so difficult.

Getting an “accountability buddy” to help keep you on track with your goals. Ask a friend or family member to help keep you on track by asking about your progress once a week.

Better yet, find someone with a goal similar to yours so you can team up and encourage each other. If your office mate is also trying to lose weight, you two can enjoy your healthy brown bag lunches together. Your buddy can also remind you of all the progress you’ve made and help talk you into keeping up the hard work.

I need an accountability buddy everyday!

The St Thomas ladies are my best acountants on chat days.
No need to worry if you will get stuff done,
they are supportive and encouraging.
We push each other, console each other,
whine and complain to each other,

and they are some of the craziest people I know.

Good night from John Street
