Well
an early start
and we met an excited dad
in the lobby of Valleyview.





Mom was bouncing
and there was A LOT of paperwork
to ready over because of it being a condo.
So I worked on getting Mom's new phone
working so I could teach her
to text on it!

Tinker was quite happy
getting tons of attention
from every resident there
and laid in Dad's lap most of the time.

By noon,
paperwork done,
now all they need is to sell the house.

wow.
Off to the house,
Mom grabbed the rabbit
to deliver to my sister,
and headed off to tell the Hendriks'.

Now it is late,
I have had a very long, tiring evening
which I do not wish to relive,
and I am calling it a night.
