Day with John.

John's truck broke down.

So when I finally woke up at 11,

not feeling well,

we decided that we should

take the dog for a walk at Waterworks.

That,

although it was lovely,

did not help.

We came home,

had some lunch and popped in a movie.

It was quite nice just laying together relaxing.

At 4pm

some liquid advil

and a three hour nap

seemed to help

the headache and nausea enough 

that I could eat supper.

I managed to get some time downstairs to hear

all about Judy's adventures today,

which for now I will leave her

to tell people.
