A reasonably uneventful day.

Had coffee this morning,

ate some gluten free squares,

talked, gossiped, made plans while

sitting.

I spent the better part of the day

farming and watching ALIAS while

sitting.

John came home

in time for cadet parade tonight,

I made spaghetti and meatballs for dinner

(gotta love pasta)

and I spent the evening

sitting.

Now it is time to stop 

sitting

and go lay down.

I am sure I will wake up 

in much better shape and spirits tomorrow.
