Such a busy busy day.
Started by dropping off the keys to get the car fixed, and getting Judy over to Valleyview.
Took Aunt Sandra shopping in London, while Judy took Dad on a walking tour of St Thomas, by way of Pam`s house and Tim Hortons. Dad stroked off another TO DO by having his boston cream donut, then deciding as it was TWOsday and he should have another.
We got to Additionelle....we had a coupon, and Peningtons....good sale on! Quick stop to pick up a new car seat for Dad at Shopper`s Home Health Care and we started back to St Thomas.
We all met up at Pizza hut for the $8.99 lunch buffet. Yummmmm We all ate lots and laughed at some pretty stupid jokes!
We left there and all headed for the Railway City Brewing Company for a tour and samples! Gotta love the local merchants here in St Thomas.
Then we dropped Dad off for a nap, Aunt Sandra got home, and I went home to rest. whew home by 3:30.
Judy, Shooter and I headed back to Valleyview with Frostys about 6:30. We sat around on the patio talking about the day and enjoying the lovely night. We finally got Dad to decide on his TO DO list for tomorrow. We are having lunch at a chinese buffet at noon in Woodstock then back to Valleyview for a rest.
What he doesn`t know is a soccer game is being arranged for him (TO DO bucket list) tomorrow evening!
So after Dad was `sent to bed`, and all the pick up plans had been made for tomorrow, Judy asked if she could go see her friends for a bit. I told her if she could find me someone to have coffee with, that was fine. OR find a ride home. She was successful and I got her there just before the storm hit.
As I pulled in, I was mesmerized by the odd way the clouds had split, and this awesome orange light....... well it was cool. And then it poured rain!
Home by 11pm, and headed for a quick shower and pjs. Hopefully I will have some great photos tomorrow night for the blog!
