A very early start for a non morning person.

I was up at 7am, running around finalizing my packing, showering, eating and drinking a coke to wake up (I am trying not to drink coffee), then get Judy off to Canada's Wonderland, make sure John is coming home for Shooter and checking to see I have all my ID, the GPS and a fan for the back seat.

Anne and Connie arrived and we were off! ..... to get Charlotte.

Amazingly enough we were all ready on time and we were on the highway by 8:30am. Here we come Port Huron! Our first stop was to pick up a couple packages for Mr. Dennis. 

Then it was off to Saginaw MI to go to our first warehouse sale. Unfortunately, it was good but not what we had hoped for. BUT! we found a wonderful store called The Scrapbook Peddler about 5 blocks from the warehouse. It was everything all of us have discussed wanting in a store. LOVED it. Headed over to our hotel (Fairfield Inn) which once located we found located directly between a Hobby Lobby and Joanne's............... yes both within walking distance! The room was lovely and clean, we had a pool and hot tub AND a hot breakfast in the morning.

Once we got checked in, we did a quick stop at Hobby Lobby and then we were off to Birch Run. We had a wonderful time shopping and got great deals at Lane Bryant. Supper was at Bob Evans. We got a 3 course steak dinner for $9.99!!!!!!!!!! Yummy.

What a great day all in all.
