I woke up
medicated myself
and slept some more.

Headed out to LDO
for the birthday lunch
and Sandra's Tupperware party.

I managed to stay
until just before 2,
when the fire alarm went off.

I got home,
looked at John,
he pointed to the bedroom...

I grabbed a shower, some pjs
and didn't move all night.

Not sure what is wrong,
but I am body sore
and have a stuffy headache-y head.

Better days to come I hope.....
