I spent the morning in a panic, trying to clean my house to a "mom visit standard". Thank you for pictorially studying my rooms Staci and critiquing where the improvements were needed.

After mom arrived at the house, we got her all set in her room and then her and I headed out to Family Flowers Garden Center where we met up with Caroline.

Then it was off to Canadale Nurseries to check out their displays. We found a great price on sugar pine cones (really big ones) and a blue poppy.

A side trip to Berry Hill to see their store displays and then off to Pizza Hut for Mom's Birthday (73) dinner as requested. We were joined by Larry, Jo and Greg, John and Judy, Aunt Sandra, Connie, Anne, Pam, Cailyn and Donna.

We had a lot of fun, and ate tons.

A pyjama night and watched White Christmas, and now it's bedtime.

Everyone is all tucked in and exhausted.

John is out to Sarnia, not to return until 7 am.
