Up sooooo late last night
And alarm at 8am!

Up and finished making chocolates
And bagging them.
Packed everything for Dad
To make fruitcake...
Except the eggs!
Thank you Caroline!

Made coffee
And then found out Dad's friend
Martin passed away.
Sad news indeed.

We got the homemade
White fruitcake mixed up
And baking.
Dad made it for Mom
As her homemade gift.

Sent Dad off for a nap and lunch
And set up the tables
For a toonie sale.
Chocolates, hats etc.
The residents had much fun!

Left at 4pm and
Off to Shoppers
And then BMO banking.
Then back to the condo.

Tired, I decided to rest
For a bit before tackling anything.
Yup you guessed it,
I was there until 8pm!

John came and made pizza
For supper, and sat with me
While I ate in bed.

Mom has been busy
Wrapping gifts today,
Now that it is comfortable
To sit in a regular chair.
She is walking all over
The house with a cane now.

Did some gift opening (yay)
And some big laughs,
Now I am back to bed!
