I set myself up
on impossible missions
all the time.
I set goals too high,
I have the most ridiculous
sense of duty
that sometimes ends
with good results
and many triumphs.

Today I decided
my  mission was me.
JUST me?
Yes I spent a me day.
I focused on relaxation,
naps and chocolate.
I do not do that enough.

I am feeling so much better
and can spend tomorrow
focusing on a family dinner.
