Fear.
I live in fear of illness around me.

John and Judy both know,
if they are sick....
they are out of the house until they are well.

I stay at home,
away from whatever germs I can avoid.
I purell the shopping cart handles,
we Clorox wipe everything in the house....
and yet
Wednesday I had someone
come in the house
and come down with the flu.

That is a terrifying situation here.

At 1pm today
I started sneezing
and got very cold.
I napped all afternoon
and found some good meds
and I seem to be good now.

Hoping for a good outcome in the am.
