Judy and I had plans today.
Judy and I made our to-do lists before bed last night.
The deal was to get the lists done by 9pm
and we would go get frosty's.
SO the race was on!!!!!
The Judy team smartly set their alarm for 9am!
Although the Deb team was up,
they chose to take some pain meds
and lay down for just 15 minutes
to give them a chance to start working.
A tragic mistake on the Deb team!
She fell asleep and the team fell behind
by 1 1/2 hours!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The Judy team had pulled ahead
5 chores by that time
and she was already working towards
getting another one done.
The deb team was shaken
but not afraid of the challenge.
They grabbed the list and got going.
The Judy team got another chance to pull ahead
when the coffee wednesday crowd arrived.
A nice visit,
but now it was time for the Deb team to kick it into gear!
Current score Judy team - 8 chores
to the Deb team - 5 chores
The Judy team took an out of the house chore at 1pm
and had to work from 3-5pm
and the Deb team took the lead.
Current score Judy team - 10 chores
to the Deb team - 12 chores
and then it happened!
The to do list said the Deb team was to take a nap from 3-5.
but it was already 4:30.
Consensus was,
some kind of rest was needed to be able
scratch that of the list.
and we would go get frosty's.

Now the Deb team had 1 hour left to finish.
The winner was not who finished first.
It was the team(s) who actually accomplished the lists.

it was 8:58pm
and the Deb team conceded defeat.
Not only did the Deb team:
have to pay for the Frosty's
not get one this time around
they had to watch the winners eat theirs!
Now the Deb team had 1 hour left to finish.
The winner was not who finished first.
It was the team(s) who actually accomplished the lists.

it was 8:58pm
and the Deb team conceded defeat.
Not only did the Deb team:

So that was the way the July 22nd challenge day went.
But tomorrow is another day
and another chance to beat the Judy team!
