Friday July 11th 2014
Today was a bad Crohn's day. I woke up very sick to my stomach.
Spent the whole day on the sofa resting, and watching movies.
I thought I was doing ok after a bit of lunch but ended up back on the sofa
with cold sweats. Reluctantly, I admitted, today was not going to be a great day.
John managed to come home for supper tonight. We ordered chinese food.
I managed to keep that down. We watched a couple movies,
and I am headed to bed on some tylenol and gravol.
Tomorrow we are going to support a family who lost their 7 year old princess.
