My baby is 20.
How can it be,
16 years ago
I was having a pony riding
birthday party for my new daughter?

This year,
I did not even see her for a few minutes.

It was a busy day,
finding a few things for the renovations,
cleaning up around the house,
emptying another big area of the garage
and having a wonderful
lasagna dinner with John.

I finally watched
Miss Peregrine's home for peculiar children.
I had wanted to see it in the theater.

Now,
its time to get John off to work
and a good nights sleep for me.
Tomorrow
I have quilting class
and have some homework to catch up on.
