Well the plan for the day was to rest.

The hospital said it can take 3 to 4 days

of rest to get over this vertigo.

I was still exhausted when I got up

but headed to the sofa to lay in the dark.

I was drinking lots 

and taking gravol and it seemed to help.

I managed to make some lunch 

and get supper into the crock pot

and then it was back to bed for me.

This vertigo is exhausting.

Nothing else to report. 

I made it 18 hours without a re-occurrence.
