Mom's birthday.

I spent the morning doing

A lot of mundane chores

With big plans to be successful

Only to realize the day was gone quickly!

Like I said, mundane chores

Like dishwasher, folding laundry

Straightening, hanging 

And then messaging vendors.

Lunch.

Then it was off to Hollandia

Only to find out christmas cookies

Do not go into production until Friday!

Bought some anyway.

Home again to find John up,

And off we went so I did not have

To constantly find parking.

Dollar store, event banking

The Legion and home again.

Together we finally hung 

The shower curtain enclosure

On the claw foot tub,

Then fish and chips with coleslaw

For a yummy supper.

6:30pm was meeting time

And the 2 Princesses were more like

The dynamic duo of accomplishment!

2 hours later, notes with tons of scribbles

And decisions about things made,

We bought a sundae for Mom

And headed over to sing Happy Birthday.

Home just in time

To see John off,

Then made a raspberry and Whitbread treat

And sat down to watch a sappy

Hallmark-like Christmas movie.
