Sunday.

Coffee and lunch at Valleyview.

Gassed up John's car

And headed home

To deal with 4 Dutch oven's

Of baby green tomatoes.

John finally gave in and composted

6 of the 8 trees!

After cleaning and cutting them down,

I jarred 10 bottles to freeze,

And made green tomato chili...

One for supper and one for the freezer.

I have been incorrectly

Calling it tomatillo chili but just learnt

That this is not correct!

I also baked some fresh bread.

Bagged up gifts for the craft event,

Counted items needed for the event

THIS (how can it already be this???)

Weekend coming.

Trying to be hyper-organized

So that each event gets easier

As we move forward.

Today I slept in and it

is all about printing tickets,

Flyers and confirming vendors.

I have a meeting at 12 to go over 

Some details and then spending 

The rest of the day making signage.

Thinking about mashed potatoes

And breaded pork chops for supper

With the last fresh beans of the year

From our garden.
