I stayed in bed until 10.
It's 11:30 and I just stopped.

Picked up Mom by 11
And ran her on her errands
Until 2:30, including seeing Dad.

Got home and gave John
His Father's day gifts
Which he promptly planted!
A giant cucumber plant
And a ground cover rose bush.

We decided to get a few
of our own errands done.
Finally home at 4:30.
We bbq'd cause we were starving.

John decided he wanted a bonfire
And called everyone over
While I prepped lunch picnic items
For tomorrow's Father's Day lunch.

A great night!
Lots of laughs, stories and chatter
While the guys played darts
In the man cave.

Party ended earlier than usual
But that left me enough time
To clean up
And make an ice cream cake too!

Time for bed.
