The first year in 18 years
We did not throw a birthday party
For our daughter Judy.
She is 21 today.

Tuesday...
What can I say?

I got up, pulled out my sewing machine
And sewed for 6 hours!
Made a tote bag for a friend,
Fixed some pants,
Repaired a skirt with a tatted
Piece of beautiful lace,
And made a sectional cover.

Nap time.
I am still recovering
From yesterday's infusion.

Up again,
I got ready for my "date" .
We all went to quarterpalooza.
I won nothing
But enjoyed acting silly all night.

A late supper and it is definitely
Time for bed for thsi woman.
