Sunday is usually busy.

Today was no different
But made worse by the clocks
moving forward last night!

Church at 9am
Always a means a rough start to the day.
I am not a morning person
And John woke up
With a stupid head cold.

Church done,
We were off to Valleyview
To do Sunday coffee
And then have lunch with Dad.

We snacked on cinnamon buns
While having coffee
Then Western omlettes,
toast, peameal bacon
And finally pineapple upside down cake.

On the way home,
A pit stop at WalMart for a few storage totes,
Some Kleenex and a magazine.

John popped over to Mom's
Because a smoke alarm was beeping.
I took that oppurtunity
To make a one man bed,
With juice, water, meds, kleenex
And a magazine.
When he came home
He was sent directly to that bed.

I did some laundry, the dishes,
And sat with a blanket and the tv.

I fed John meatloaf
And left him to sleep this head cold off.

Then I spent the night resting
After a very busy busy week.
Tomorrow is another day.
