What did you do
with the first day of March?

I was up at 6am!
Washed my hair,
Bought a tiara
And then went back to sleep.

Up just after 9am again
Waking up with a phone call,
I went to work on my to do list.

1) dressed, hair and downstairs
2) went to VV and did coffee and visit
3) groceries bought and meals chosen
4) bank
5) gas
6) beer store
7) hydro
8) filled water jug
9) paid Bell and mortgage
10) then to unload the car
11) took a break
12) made a tortellini casserole with fresh mozza
13) made a peach pie
14) prepped some BBQ marinated steak
15) made brown beans with bacon

Sat down and ate some lunch.
Watched some tv
And then back to work.

16) organized John's healthy snacks
17) fried a half pound of bacon
18) used the dripping to flavour stuffing
19) stuffed and baked a chicken
20) bananas are peeled and in freezer
21) salad is made and in storage tupperware
22) coffee made
23) ALL prep dishes washed

Finally sat down and took a break again

24) removed roasted chicken and made gravy
25) bought a fireplace for the living room
26) made hamburgers and cooked them
27) flyer's away and checked ads
28) washed dishes & kitchen completely clean
29) made quick trip to bank in snow!
30) discussed Reno's with hubby
31) cleaned living room

I called it quits at this point.
Tomorrow is Dad's birthday.
With the weather we are getting
We canceled his appointment in London
And are going to go have lunch
At Valleyview with him.

I deserved an hour of rest and tv.
John is off to work in the snow
And I am off to crash on the bed!
