Sunday.

Do you know 10 months from today
Is Christmas Day???????

Off to 9am mass,
Car already packed for lunch at Valleyview
And sort of even awake.

Home for just a second to pick up
The crock Potemkin  that was heating,
Timmie's for John's first coffee
And then to make coffee
For the ladies and gents at Valleyview.

After coffee,
We had hot turkey sandwiches or ham,
Mashed potatoes, apple sauce,
Corn, carrots and brussel sprouts
Topped off with a banana cream pie!

Dad is feeling better,
But his sugars keep bouncing around,
And he tires very easily.

Sent John home to vacuum,
Helped Mom find file cabinet organizers,
And a couple items at Dollarama
And then I came home.

Unsure what we wanted to do,
I left the decision in John's hands.
We ended up boxing up decor,
Deciding on a few Reno's for this year,
And then we were off to Mom's
For a Pizza dinner
And a few chores.

1- show her how to use her cuttlebug
So her and John
embossed my birthday invitations
2- fix the neg terminal on the van battery
3- vacuum mine and mom's car
4- take down 2 hanging ornaments
5- build the file hangers
6- frame a picture and hang it
7- ordered return labels

We ate dinner
While watching the food network
And me buying a new dining room
Table and chairs!

Home by 10
We finished the front porch cleanup
And headed for bed.

A l-o-n-g day indeed.
