Slept last night
And we were off to the ark.

It was only a block from the hotel.
We turned into the parking area
And both our jaws dropped.

The whole day was spent there.
Once parked,
The staff shuttle you to the ark
On a comfy tour bus.

The grounds were beautiful,
And the ark soooooo big.
It was impossible not to be
Overwhelmed by it all.

3 floors to inspect
That were full of displays,
Theatres and even a couple
Live animals with trainers
And a 4th full of gift store.

We went out and checked
The amazingly clean animal displays!
Trainers everywhere
And a camel ride too!

The restaurant was amazing.
A huge buffet with friendly staff.

Around 5 we looked up
And a storm was rolling in.

And we were back on the bus
Headed for the car.

We were very silent
On the short drive home.
When we crashed on our beds,
Both of us looked at each other
And said "wow" .

A lot of relaxing
And the car all packed
For our 7 to hour trip home
Tomorrow.
