Saturday
With no plans
Absolutely no plans...
And I woke up with a massive
Headache complete with nauseau.

So,
Medicated, I slept till 11.
I put on track pants
And slumped in a chair.

I was particularly lethargic.
And very uninterested
In anything at all.

My day was brightened
When a random delivery
Of the most beautiful roses came.

At 4 I gave in,
And laid down for a nap.

John and I had vegetable lasagna
For supper.
And then my awesome husband
Made fresh cookies
For the Mother's Day pot luck
And scavenger hunt tomorrow.

Now I am planning
On a good night's sleep
And then tomorrow try to just enjoy.
