Another

Take it easy kind of day.

I slept until 10am and hid upstairs,

While John took care

Of the 2 great nephews.

The nausea is gone,

The muscle pain is dimenishing

And we have know moved 

into back spasm pain.

Did some on-line work

Rested all afternoon.

I did manage to get 2 loads

Of laundry this evening.

John made a "lovely" dinner

Of beans and wieners...

On French fries. 

Tonight was tv

And feet up.
