Family Day.
Dad thought it was Easter.

By noon,
we had dedcided
we were taking Dad
to White Oaks Mall in London.
He grabbed his gift certificate
(he got at Christmas)
from Cinnabon
and we were off.

Shopping with one person
in an electric wheelchair
and the other in a scooter,
leaves much to desire
from the person who is ON FOOT!

John and I were happy,
we got mediteranean for lunch.
Dad was happy he got shrimp,
which is what he asked for.

We did a little shopping,
John got a Starbucks,
and we arrived back at Valleyview
JUST as they were serving supper.
Dad was pretty pooped.

John and I headed home.
He played with his tractor
in the "man cave"
and I did some scrapbooking.
Judy went out.

Nice weather for this Sunday.

An early morning here tomorrow,
the arborist is coming
to take down the maple tree.
