A day of prep.

With weird weather 

Like we are having,

Multiple plans need to be

In place for events.

Our yard has been re-set

Into social pod areas 

With a couple even having

Gazebo tents over them.

The garage wood stove is ready

As is the bonfire pit.

My job was the interior

Of the house prep.

Should bad weather happen,

We will use the interior

Of the house for the reception.

Food is now prepped,

Drink station is now made,

Scrapbook room immaculate-ish,

Bathroom scrubbed,

And front entry set up.

I rewrote my original eulogy as well.

Now some sleep.

Tomorrow will be closure

After five months of waiting.
