Not the day I envisioned

But great none the less.

Slept in (I was tired).

Wrapped mom's gifts

And let her know

I was ready for the day.

She came and got me -

That is where my dad's plans ended!

We were supposed to go shopping,

Instead we decorated her fireplace,

Her chandelier, her bathroom,

Got her Christmas kitchen towels out...

Then the installer arrived

To hang 2 new chandeliers in the front hall,

And repair the doorbell.

Now it was 3:30!!!!

Her dinner choice was chinese

With a snickers cake for dessert.

Sooooo full.

Was home around 9:30pm

And sat down

To watch a sill Christmas movie.

Now I am super tired.
