I celebrate that every night

Reading Archie comic books

At bedtime... (sometimes jughead)

I spent the day

Letting yesterday's pain killer

Residue wear off.

Thankfully, like normal,

A Crohn's attack lasts 

A fairly short time...

This one 14 hours.

So today was just a matter

Of resting and drinking.

Around 5:30 I fell asleep

After a surprise nauseau attack.

I slept until almost 8pm.

Now I just want some more sleep

And will probably wake up

Feeling fine,

Just having lost less than 48 hours.
