November 22nd 2014

SO today I was spoiled. After a bit of a questionable start, my family put on their work clothes and started working. Post it notes being done and torn off the door, decorations being put up and organized, jewellery FINALLY brought down to get fixed... my Mickey Mouse watch with sound works again, however, Tigger bit the dust.

My husband was a machine today...... both of them worked fairly straight until 3. Then Judy gave me a pedicure before heading to work. John continues plodding away until 10pm when he finally copped an attitude and we stopped (but not until after the living room art was rehung).

The nail party tomorrow will be the first chance anyone gets to see the 10 trees put up so far.

Judy is having a catalog party tomorrow. Drop by from 1-4 tomorrow to visit with Stacey from Jamberry nails. I am looking forward to the Christmas prints!

How about another 8 things to do?????

  • Make sure that cashiers tear up all extra receipts and debit paperwork
  • Offer to help a disabled person with their holiday shopping

  • Set aside some time to help your children with their gift giving lists
(give them a budget and teach them how to stay within it)
  • Give your place in line to someone who looks like they have had a rough day
    (this also shocks most people)
  • As hectic as it gets, try to keep up with your fitness routine
  • When attending holiday parties DO NOT arrive earlier than invited and do not be the LAST to leave
    (your hosts are tired too)
  • Wrap your child's door with gift wrap to transform it into a giant package

Good night
