Ow!

Slept wrong last night,

Woke up with a very sore

Pulled muscle in my shoulder.

Our shower is now installed

So after a hot shower

I got some relief.

Dressed for a hot day

And headed downstairs.

John had been up early

And was busy weeding and edging.

Then suddenly a cyclone hit

And my 2 awesome great nephews

Arrived to play in the pool.

My niece and nephew

Brought steaks and all the fixings

For a big bbq supper.

We had a beautiful breeze

And we're offered a cottage

Late this summer,

So we laughed and planned

The menu and things.

Supper was delicious!

Salad, corn on the cob,

Asparagus, potatoes, mushrooms,

Onions, steak, burgers....

Yummmm

After supper 

we got the yard cleaned up

And started a game of bocce ball.

The boys caught on right away

And it was on!

8:30 was suddenly here

And they were heading home.

John and I had the munchies 

around 10:30 tonight,

So we popped out for burgers.

Not sure when combos

We're $12 but a $20 was

Not enough to cover 2.

Now we are tired,

A little sun burnt

And ready for sleep.
