Up early

Hoping for accomplishment

And executing some chores

Some cooking

Some pick ups

Some cleaning.

That all ended

With a nasty visit from

My enemy - my Crohn's.

A few pain killers

And a few hours rest later

I could manage 

To move around a bit.

I received the latest stock

And packed up

The pick ups for everyone

While john

Tore out the shower stall.

John and I ate

Macaroni salad and

Grilled cheese hamburgers.

Some more rest and tv

Was what the night

Called for today.
